2.  Mmmm, Mmmm, Good

Ever wonder why the commercials or ads for fast food is never what you see when you purchase it? Well, you are not alone. Take a look at these enticing pics. Bon Appetit!

3. Can't Hold'em

The family of a 5'5, 300 lb man who fell off an operating table is suing the hospital after he died from the accident. This will not go well for the hospital because a sedated man waiting for surgery, no matter how big he is, needs to be protected. That being said, the fatter our population gets (and it is getting fatter) the more of these problems are going to happen. Like it or not, we now need to supersize our hospitals or else they will all be sued.

5.  United Profits Soar!

More good news for the managed care industry. UnitedHealth Group's second-quarter net income rose 31 percent as enrollment and costs were better than Wall Street had expected. Wow, that is good news. What can they do to top that? Well, I'm hoping they raise rates again. Let's all keep our fingers crossed.

P.S. I said crossed. Why are you showing just your middle finger?
